Proven Pairings (Two‑Workshop Paths)

2a

Allyship → White Supremacy 101

Why it works: Establishes shared responsibility, then names patterns to recognize and interrupt.

2b

White Supremacy 101 → Bias & Microaggressions

Why it works: Spans from systems and culture traits, to the everyday harms people must address.
Optional: Run Allyship after this pair as a capstone/refresher when needed.

2c

White Supremacy 101 → Building Equity

Why it works: Identifies culture traits, then provides room to enhance policies and practices.
Note: This pairing works well even without Allyship.

2d

Allyship ↔ Black‑Led Project

Why it works: Allyship lays accountability groundwork; BLP centers Black leadership. In some contexts, BLP first is appropriate if the org is ready.

2e

White Supremacy 101 → Black‑Led Project

Why it works: Names and examines current culture, then commit to centering Black leadership and practice for liberatory culture.
